A native of Williamson County, Ginger is a 1992 graduate of Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. She rounded out her collegiate career at Auburn University in Auburn, Al.
Ginger is a former Williamson County Elementary School Teacher who decided her heart was in Real Estate. She is a second generation Realtor, learning from her father as a child. Bobby Garland was a very successful Real Estate Broker in the late 1980's.
Ginger's father passed away in 1991, and her mother Wanda Garland Bradley, also a Crye-Leike Realtor, took over his business and paved the way for Ginger to carry on the family tradition.
She is a Real Estate Professional who is eager to please, self-motivated, and dedicated to her clients. To Ginger, Real Estate is not just "selling houses." It is helping families find their perfect home!
